Who operates the integration

Redcrest Racing is a motorsport project based in Luxembourg. This integration displays audience statistics for the project's own social media accounts on redcrest.racing. Contact us at hello@redcrest.racing.

Information accessed

When a Redcrest Racing account administrator authorizes a connection, the integration reads the account identifier and public profile information needed to verify the correct account, follower and like totals, and identifiers and view counts of public posts or videos. Permissions may include the platform's basic public profile fields. The integration does not collect visitors' social media accounts.

It does not request access to private messages, contacts, phone numbers or private content. It cannot publish, edit or delete posts, follow accounts or send messages.

Purpose and public display

We use this information only to show the project's public audience and content totals. Visitors see aggregate counts and the time of the last successful retrieval. Statistics are refreshed automatically when connected, but platform reporting can be delayed. We do not sell the data or use it for advertising, profiling or decisions about individuals.

Storage and recipients

Access and renewal tokens are stored on our private NAS server, outside the website's public files. They are used only to communicate with the authorizing platform. Tokens are never included in the public statistics response. Our website stores the latest aggregate counts and retrieval times, not copies of TikTok videos or messages. Temporary public video identifiers are used to calculate complete totals.

TikTok, Meta and Google process requests to their services under their own policies. Opening a social media link or loading an embedded video connects your browser to the relevant platform. See TikTok's privacy policy. The website's contact form is covered by the contact privacy notice.

Retention and control

The integration keeps its current authorization while the connection is active. Its working statistics cache contains the latest totals, not a historical audience database; cached totals older than seven days are no longer displayed. An administrator can revoke the connection in the platform's connected-app settings. On a deletion request, we remove the active integration credentials and cached platform data from our server. Revocation prevents further authorized access but does not remove content published on the social network itself.

Questions and requests

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, email hello@redcrest.racing. We may need to verify that a request comes from the authorized account owner. Any material change to this integration's data use will be reflected here before implementation.
