Alicia and Sofia karting together in Mondercange
ALICIA & SOFIA / MONDERCANGE

Redcrest Racing is a family motorsport project built around Alicia and Sofia, each bringing her own style and the same love for driving.

We’re building our track car, one step at a time. From the first tools on the workbench to the next lap on circuit, this is a story about learning, building and sharing the experience.

No shortcuts to the good part. The build is part of the adventure.

MEET ALICIA 18 YEARS OLD

DRIVEN
TO LEARN.

Karting. Sim racing. Trackdays.
One session at a time.

At 18, Alicia is finding her place behind the wheel. From karting at Monteux, Montélimar and Mondercange to sim racing, including Formula simulator sessions, she is building experience in different ways. Each session is a chance to try, listen, learn and enjoy the next step forward.

For Alicia, progress also means learning to express what she needs and putting advice into practice. The aim is to become more independent and gradually step outside her comfort zone, at her own pace. Jimmy helps her prepare for each session, understand the choices being made and talk through what could improve afterwards.

That journey has already taken her beyond karting. In November 2025, she completed 15 laps in a Ferrari F430 during a driving course at Chambley. In August 2026, she added laps at Spa-Francorchamps in a CLA 250 to her experience.

Her red-and-black style also has a place in Redcrest Racing’s visual identity. And her role goes beyond driving: the project gives her a place in the workshop and a say in the team’s decisions, learning how the car is prepared and why each choice matters.

The shared Audi A3 is the next chapter. Adapted seating and a moulded insert are planned to help her find the right driving position. Above all, Alicia’s story is about enjoying driving, making progress and sharing the adventure with Sofia and Jimmy, one session at a time.

MEET SOFIA 15 YEARS OLD

BUILDING
MOMENTUM.

Karting. Sim racing. First drives.
One experience at a time.

Sofia is building her experience across karting, sim racing and her first moments behind the wheel. Every session gives her something new to understand: how the car reacts, where to look, when to be patient and when to push a little further.

Her first driving attempts began with Jimmy in the Clio on a quiet parking area. From those early inputs, she moved on to a coached circuit session at Chambley in a Nissan GT-R, learning with a professional beside her. Time in the passenger seat next to Jimmy on circuit has added another view of the racing line, braking points and how a car moves at speed.

Karting at Monteux, Montélimar and Mondercange gives her a direct way to measure progress. Sim racing, including Formula simulator sessions, adds repetition and focus between days on track.

Sofia brings her own energy and purple identity to Redcrest Racing. She approaches each new experience with curiosity, whether she is finding consistency on the simulator, following advice in the kart or taking the wheel of a full-size car.

What comes next is more seat time, more confidence and more opportunities to learn alongside Alicia and Jimmy. Sofia’s story is still at the beginning, and every lap helps shape the next one.
